Once contacted, Energy Werx will send one of our highly qualified Registered Energy Advisors to conduct a thorough energy audit. This evaluation determines your home’s energy efficiency. When the evaluation is done, the advisor will give you a list of projects that will save energy in your home and help you qualify for those rebates. To make the process easier, the advisor  will also provide an energy advice guide to follow after the evaluation. Our advisors use many trusted and reliable method to help to find rebates for our clients. Some of those methods include (but are not limited to):

• Checks for air leaks
• Blower door tests.

After the initial evaluation, the advisor will remain available to answer any questions and provide a follow-up final energy assessment.

St. Thomas, known for its small-town charm and rich history, is part of Elgin county in Southwestern Ontario. In the late 19th and 20th centuries it served as a hub for several railway lines and at one point had more railway tracks per capita than any other city in North America. The Elgin County Railway Museum showcases this part of their history. The Iron Horse Festival, held in August, celebrates this heritage with live entertainment, vendors and a parade.
